The Craft Butchers of Ireland recently held their yearly
Shop of the Year Competition.
Kerrigan Meats has won "The best shop in Dublin North East"
Competitions are judged on butchery skills and product innovation something that we excel at.
Competitions are held 3 times a year by the Association of Craft Butchers and judged by the Irish Guild of Food Writers, at present we have achieved the most awards than any other butcher in Dublin.
