With over 40 years of experience in the butchery business we have built up a network of top class suppliers who understand our vision. We only source our Beef from a handful of independent abattoirs around the Country. We work closely with them on selecting the grades and the breeds that we feel offer our customers the overall best product in terms of flavour, value & constancy. All our Beef is Irish grassfed - this is not only is lower in overall fat and in saturated fat, but it has the added advantage of providing more omega-3 fats. We then age for a minimum of 21 days before we begin to sell. We have our own unique way in terms of the style of cuts we offer. If there is something that you would like but can not find on the site please reach out to us here and we will do our utmost to source and deliver it for you.
