How it works:
- This plan is for a 5 day period. We've set it up as Monday to Friday.
- All your meals and snacks for the day are covered.
- The calorie intake per day on this plan is approximately 1400 calories.
- Your bundle will include most things needed.
- We have also built a shopping list for you. These are the foods we don't sell which you can pick up at most supermarkets.
