And the guys over in Wyldsson have given this mix their heathly twist which combines Buckwheat Flour, Coconut Flour, Organic Flax and Chia. Why Buckwheat Flour you may ask ? Well, it’s a nutrient packed ancient seed with a beautifully sweet nutty flavour which works great in pancakes. Simple really! To make just add 1 banana, milk & 1 egg to make 15-20 pancakes. Let the fun begin!
